Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar - Adults Only - All Inclusive

I was a bit skeptical coming here but I'm glad I did Firstly and most importantly the staff were awesome. So friendly and helpful. Miguel in main buffet always welcomed us with a smile and high five and Bianca at the pool was also really friendly and smiley. I can't name everyone as there were so many happy helpful people My husband is a vegan so we were worried if there would be enough he could eat but luckily there was always something to eat and the a la carte restaurants always accommodated him. The only negative was the sports bar that was advertised as having a vegan burger but they never did (asked on 4 desperate occasions). Maybe more tofu non meat alternatives would be beneficial.... basically if you are a picky vegan this isn't for you 🤣 Lots of selection for non vegans but at breakfast I wish they did fresh pancakes, waffles etc as always hard and cold as left out. But that's nothing major as lots of other things to eat. Had no trouble getting into any of the restaurants but we eat early around 1830. Meat was my favourite, Yurta and The Greek mythology husbands Though I got to my sunbeds at around 0800 there were still tons left by 1100 and plenty on beach. Pretty much every pool bed had an umbrella too which was awesome Yes there was an insane amount of seaweed, yes it was disappointing but that's nature. I still got to swim in sea as hotel worked hard to clear it. I certainly didn't let it ruin my holiday Drinks were very sugary so I stuck to spirits but the Coco loco is really nice Having a coffee shop was awesome and became part of daily routine, again staff lovely If you like cats bring treats!!! They wonder around the resort but don't bother you Rooms are big but surprisingly get a bit cold in evening as couldn't seem to adjust the air con. Toilet flushes are temperamental though 🤣🤣 They were always clean as the maids did a great job Always stocked with water mini spirits and peanuts If you want to explore the other hotels the mini 'train' comes every couple of mins which is great. Loved being in the adults only hotel as the other hotels were busy and a bit loud...as you'd expect The punta Cana hotel has a flowrider which was around 40$ for 20 minutes I was a bit put off by people coming up to your sunbed trying to sell trips but if you say no they walk on Conclusion I had a lovely chill time with great weather, lovely hotel and amazing staff....don't believe all your read some people are unrealistic 🤣
