18 reviewsChata Labska was perfect for our week long ski trip with college friends in Špindl - at the bottom of a nice slope connected to the Medvědín area, the ski-to-door aspect was lovely. The staff were, mostly, super friendly and helpful - organising ski passes, discounted rental and lessons for the beginners (Maja Sport were amazing!). We had three double rooms and a quad - no double beds but comfortable enough singles. Communal kitchen and bathrooms on every floor are good for making your own food. There are shared showers on every half floor. The restaurant had reasonably priced food which wasn't great but was filling. Best part was the bar had cheap pints! It's a 250 CZK taxi ride into Špindl and there's a supermarket about a 15 minute walk away (headlamp necessary for dark winter nights). The Clarion at the top of the hill (200m away) also has a sauna which is nice to stretch out after a day skiing. A free ski bus goes from right outside the door to take you to Svatý Petr or Medvědín. It's a cheap spot, not luxury, but was perfect for a group skiing - clean, well situated and has a bar!
