25 reviewsBooked through VRBO & Kingdom Condos. Property was as advertised with views in unit #306 better than could be shown on photos. Stephanie from Kingdom Condos was excellent to work with. She has outstanding customer service skills. They arranged our airport transfers @ a reasonable rate. Geo was a great driver & the van was comfortable with ample luggage room for our group of 4 adults. Stephanie & her husband John warmly greeted us on arrival. They helped us with our luggage. The elevator took us to our 3rd floor two bedroom condo. We were given two sets of keys & security access cards. They provided the info we needed to fully enjoy the rental unit, pool, common areas & beach. Security & maintenance staff were friendly & helpful. Everything was well maintained & modern. We felt very safe @ this complex & Jaco. The Costa Ricans are friendly people. Acqua Residences are conveniently located close to the beach & restaurant. You can easily walk to everything but the hot temperatures usually mean a short, cheap cab ride @ least one or both ways. Food & water in Jaco are safe to consume. No problems during our 10 day stay. Stephanie & John were always accessible the few times we needed them. The condo A/C & appliances worked flawlessly. All utensils, glasses, dishes, pots & pans were provided. WiFi was excellent. Never a problem getting pool chairs or tables in the common areas. Lots of walking beach available & never crowded. The ocean was lovely for swimming or playing in the surf. We had a wonderful time & I would urge anyone to experience Jaco & the Acqua Residences, Kingdom Condos or VRBO.
