Everything was great. Across the street from the beach. Stores near by. Freindly staff..Clean. 👍

Very good place to stay

It's amazing that when you ask for a glass of hot water in the morning (6:40 am) they tell you they can't give it to you... because it's not up to the person to give you hot water.... (it was to prepare an instant coffee) Breakfast is served from 8:00 am so people who leave early can't have breakfast at the hotel (every day is the same breakfast) Additionally, the facilities are neglected and abandoned and you notice that they haven't been maintained for a very long time.... Besides, the beds are very old and the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable..... In conclusion, although the location is good due to its proximity to the beach and the center, I feel that there could be more recommended options....

Due to logistical issues, we had to spend a night in this hotel. In the middle of high season the hotel looked promising. We had two adults, an adult and a baby. The admission process was agile and we were assigned a room even before the time allowed (3pm). Upon entering room 203 we realized that the air conditioning was not operational. We repeatedly requested air support and it was always zero. Having a minor and an adult present, we asked that we be provided with an additional ventilator, which never arrived. On midnight they promised to move us to a different room and the staff never arrived to make the change. The room was hot in a climate similar to the one in Tolu. I understand that the hotel was not open with the management of the air conditioning: - the modern rooms were a question of how to improve the air conditioning, and the hotel's new air conditioning is not changing.

There is no need to modernize the hotel.

Physical infrastructure is well below one star level.Couple attending did their best with what they have.Hotel administrator lacks the most basic skills to deal with customers, very unpleasant. If she could at least try to smile once in a while.

Place should not be open. The road in front of the hotel is not open. you actually need to walk thru the mud to get in. The place is at the end of the road. From the moment you get there every one says don't walk around here at night.. After 7pm. There are no taxis in the town only make shift rickshaw bikes. And they are at the other side of town in the park center. So unless you want to be locked in your room after 630pm. You have no choice but to walk. Each es are filthy. Plastic and trash everywhere. Even the water. Even though I was the only guest in a 50 room hotel service was non existence. Breakfast bad coffee egga any style you want as long as you want scrambled. Plain eggs a dry roll no fruit no juice. You probably could have eaten better in jail. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Only helpful people at the hotel were the late night guy and girl. The rest sat an watched TV.

Way past it's prime

It reminds me of an old Colonial style hotel, basic, but very pleasant to stay at, and the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. breakfasts were good, and the main attraction, was overlooking the beach. Very reasonable prices. The town itself is not considered safe at night, but we had absolutely no problems at all. I would return to the same hotel again.

The photos we saw on their website are not close to reality. the hotel cleaning is very regular (they are only cleaned at the reception, because the restaurant doesn't even save them), dusty furniture, lamps don't even shine well because of the dust they have, paint and resin from the falling walls....what I least liked was discovering that my roommate's bed and a roommate were carcassed by the dining room and not even talking about the closet.
