This is a nice new hotel in a convenient location for business in Ruian and Wenzhou. The room was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, everything worked. Staff were friendly, though some struggled with English - we got by with gestures, smiles and translation apps ! As you would expect, breakfast was mainly aimed at the local market but there was still plenty for western tastes. My only problems were :room service is only available via a Chinese language app unless you visit the lobby bar. An English version of the app would have been helpful.laundry service was not up to scratch - my clothes came back a bit battered and rolled up in the bag I sent them inthere was no restaurant for dinner suitable for the single business traveller that I could find, only private dining rooms. Other guests told me that they arrived at 9pm and couldn't get food at all.I would recommend this hotel as the problems above are relatively minor and will no doubt soon be resolved by Management.
