My wife and I chanced upon this place while strolling through Suzhou. While we only had a noodles lunch there, we were very impressed by the service, the ambience and the location, right on the water in a quiet spot. If we ever make it back to Suzhou, we would definitely seek it out as a place to stay. One previous review mentioned that it is a long, 600-meter walk from the road. It seemed that the road was actually much closer. If considering a stay, you might want to check with the hotel on ways to get closer than 600 meters away. But even if it is that far, it seems well worth the walk!
