I stayed at Grand Hyatt Guangzhou from October 12 to October 15, and as always, it was a wonderful experience. I’ve been staying at this hotel for many years whenever I visit Guangzhou, and it truly feels like a home away from home. Once again, the hotel generously upgraded me to a suite — not the first time they’ve done so, and I truly appreciate their continued thoughtfulness. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. The room was spotless and well-maintained, just as I’ve come to expect from the Grand Hyatt. What makes this place so special is the staff. Many of them recognize and remember me from previous visits, which adds a warm, personal touch to every stay. Their consistent hospitality and attention to detail make all the difference. Thank you to the entire team for another excellent stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
