142 reviewsI Stayed twice in Fortune hotel in December 2019. Excellent environment, friendly staff. During my recent visit I booked the hotel through trip.com. While checking out from hotel, I left / forgot my laptop in the hotel lobby during check out. After two hours, I found out that I have lost my laptop. I called the hotel to find out if I have left my laptop in the hotel. The hotel assistant manager at front desk told me on the phone that they have found my laptop and have kept it in safe. I can come over and pick it up. I came back to hotel from other city to pickup my laptop. After proper identification, they handed over me the laptop with everything in the bag. When I turned on my laptop to check my email next morning, I came to know that Fortune hotel had already informed the trip.com about my laptop fifteen minutes after my departure from hotel and trip.com had sent me an email about my laptop. Fortune Hotel. thank you very much. Secondly, there are two very good muslim restaurants near fortune hotel. Food Valley and Dewan-e-Khas. Excellent food by both of them, but food valley is on top.
