Nice apartment walking distance to railway station in Carlingford and short drive to the regional shopping centre . Our 3 bedroom partment was very clean and well designed. Great Charlingford-Parramatta area  location . Apartments are very close to watrailway station which was just graet as we left the car in the complex car parking . Nice staff attitude good on site security & parking. Overall nice for a short stay and great value for families or group stay

good location very good value

We recently stayed at the Carlingford Serviced Apartments with extended family.  The apartments are situated a short drive from Carlingford Court shopping centre, 2 km from Parramatta and had easy access to the M2.  
On arrival we were met by the onsite caretaker, who could not have been more accommodating.  Whilst the apartment itself was of an adequate size for a short stay, the living area contained only one double sofa bed as seating (insufficient for an apartment catering for seven guests). The dining table did not have enough chairs for all our guests so one of us had to sit on the lounge to eat dinner and was there was initially insufficient crockery and mugs for all of us, although this was quickly rectified. The apartment bedrooms were tired, with bedroom 2 lacking a wardrobe for clothes, the air-conditioning did not work properly, some windows refused to close/lock and the entire unit was in need of refurbishment (and would also benefit from a really good clean). The bedding was very old and faded although the sheets were clean and fresh.  I stayed in the single bedroom and was surprised to find that the wardrobe contained the washing machine and dryer.  This probably accounted for the state of the inside of the wardrobe and the bedroom walls which were in desperate need of a clean.  
Overall, whilst I was disappointed in the level of cleanliness and the lack of facilities to cater for the maximum number of occupants, it still probably represents value for money for a group of seven in this area.

You get what you pay for.

We recently stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment for 4 nights. The apartment was clean and basic. Great location, shopping centre nearby and about a 10 minute drive to All Phones Arena. I would stay here again. The caretakers were very pleasant and friendly. We felt safe at this location.
