Very nice well located at the foot of a very good restaurant at the foot of a bicycle track at the foot of a pedestrian path very kind and professional staff very clean place no noisy place I recommend this place

That's great.

I found this motel online and booked at their website. My husband, myself and our small dog were travelling from New Brunswick to Kingston, Ontario and wanted to split up the drive. 
Upon arriving I was informed there would be a $28 charge for the dog. There was no mention of this when I booked the motel so I let the clerk know that I did not agree with this charge. She advised me that this was for any extra cleaning. As this was not on the website or mentioned when booking I said that I did not want to pay this extra charge. I said that the website only says pets welcome and this is misleading. She did take the time to look at the website and agreed it did not show that there would be any charge for the dog. The clerk said she would not charge me this time but any future stays would require the fee be paid and that she would advise the owner to update the website. I was pleased that she rectified the situation.
I had booked a small room with a queen bed. The room was mostly clean though there was a drip of coffee on the mini fridge (attention to detail) and the bathroom sink wasn't properly cleaned. There were only two pillows on the bed where most motels have four but it didn't impact our sleep.  The only other issue was a bit of noise from somewhere above us (walking noises.)
Overall I would recommend this motel as the price was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Affordable, Friendly Staff

convenient to everything.  Clean room of decent size, although there is an abundance of furniture which made it a bit crowded.  Very comfortable, firm bed.  There was no chain lock for the door.  Has a nice connected terrasse.  

Great location

Very clean room. Good quality/price ratio. Correct bed and mattress. Near all walking distance (restaurant, dock, grocery store, saq,...). Perfect for a one or two-night stay if your goal is to visit the area. We will return.

Autumn stay

I love St Jean Port Joli and every time I go I sleep at this motel. Located in the heart of the village you can easily walk, shop in small shops, dine at the brewery or restaurant or go to the marina to watch the sunset. I recommend it, clean rooms, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. From the balcony no matter where our room is located you can watch the sunset

This is a perfect motel.

The rooms aren't very big, but they're clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hostess (who may be the owner) is not friendly, nor is she flattering. The air conditioning was a hell of a roar, and it takes a classic class to learn how to make it less loud than the turbo speed, noisy and icy. We never managed to slow down and it was too late to ask for help. We had the choice to endure it or shut it down.

Comfortable beds in renovated rooms

We spent a good night in this motel, clean and spacious room, rather comfortable beds, but the CB is charged too quickly by the employer, that is, before you arrive... and without your permission. So, because we wanted to pay in cash, we had to cancel the CB transaction which led to bank charges while I wanted to avoid them... I am waiting for the dispute to be settled either by my bank or by the motel who is guilty of having charged my card without asking my permission before the night in question.

Spacious and comfortable room, renovated and clean motel

I highly recommend this establishment, we stayed 3 nights.I would like to mention the exceptional work of the housekeeping staff (super efficient).The only downside was that the air conditioning was rather noisy and not easy to adjust.

A perfectly clean room

Clean, well equipped, comfortable, quiet staff friendly and courteous Open to last minute modifications Unfortunately no electrical outdoor socket in the new wing to plug in the car.

Very good stay, I recommend this establishment, the staff is courteous and supportive, the new wing is very nice.

We stayed in this establishment for the first time and were delighted. Beautiful modern room, king bed, curtain covering light, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, etc. The room was very fresh and the modern setting clean. We will definitely go back there.
