We were doing a tour through Cambodia and this was the first hotel we stayed at (3 nights). The hotel is very good for Cambodian standards. It is clean, quiet and the staff is very polite and helpful. We had our sundowner at the pool bar each evening even though the restaurants had already closed for the day. This did not bother the staff, because it seemed that they slept on the premises, we even had the impression that some slept in dark corners of the pool area. The breakfast buffet and egg station offered everything you normal need for your morning meal. Our room faced the pool area which made it so quiet. Facing the street it can get quite noisy. The tourist area (Hard Rock Cafe, a night market, etc.) is in walking distance (1-1.5 mi.), but if you take a Tuk Tuk it is just a dollar or 2 one way. The food in the tourist area is quite good and inexpensive. We would stay at this hotel again.
