Very good guesthouse near Russian Market if you are looking for value for money and a clean modern room. I stayed in a single room with fan for $8. Rooms are a lot more modern than others for the same price in BKK. Staff very helpful also. Only gripe would be lack of a proper common area for people to socialize. Also no foreigners stayed when I was there hence I moved closer to the action
