I stayed at the Guesthouse as it seemed reasonably priced but quickly realised I'd made a huge mistake due to the following:

- Many cockroaches in the bathroom and along hotel corridors.
- Six huge barking dogs to navigate every time you want to enter/exit the Guesthouse.
- Bed linen and towels covered in yellow stains. 
- Cobwebs/spiders covering most of the bathroom ceiling.
- Curtains that do not close. 

However, the hotel is in a great location near the promenade so that was at least one positive!

Sadly I won't be returning!

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Had dinner here. Worst service and worst food ever! Don't go there! Staff is unfriendly and doesn't care!
Burger without cheese (although stated) and without any sauce. Fries without anything. After asking for ketchup and mayonnaise, they brought both in a small pot, but both tasted spoilt or as if it was mixed with something. Never again!

If you're planning to visit phnom penh, never, and I mean never choose to stay in this guesthouse. This place is beyond terrible. Before our trip started, we already informed the person in charge that we will be arriving early (around 6am),and they agreed that we can check in once we arrive. We arrived at 5:45 in phonm penh, and we chose to walk to baray angkor from the bus station. When we got to the place, it's still close. We tried knocking, but to no avail. They opened at 8am and told us that there are no available room so we can't check in yet. So we decided to leave our things and get on with our itinerary. The next morning, we got up early for our city tour so we can have our breakfast at the guesthouse (the booking has free breakfast). We waited for like 10 mins but the old lady is acting like she doesn't see us. So we came up to her and ask for the breakfast, but she keeps on saying that she cannot understand or speak english. But when the two americans asked for utensils, she understood them. The F right? I even made a sign for food but she acts as if she's deaf or something. So we just bought breakfast outside (the food isn't clean anyway, they prepare it with bare hands in the dirty kitchen at the back). We reported the old lady to the other guy and he just talked to her. Good thing we only stayed there for a night. The room looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years. The smell along the corridors will make you puke. 🤢 I am never going back there, ever. 

NEVER AGAIN! 

I'm raiting 1 bubble because is not possible to rate less. When on the evening we were ready to go to sleep we found out that the bed sheets were dirty. We ask to have clean ones but they did not have or they don't want give to us! After an annoied discussion with the overbearing owner, happly we left from this place. . . For the rate of this guest house you can not pretend to have a 5 star's room, but we refused to sleep where other people did. Also air-condition is exhausted!

AVOID, zero bubble

Do not go here! They didn't served our breakfast because the lady said she cannot speak English. She is rude and doesn't know the meaning of "good customer service". Air-conditioning is a so-so and wi-fi is very slow. Bathroom is horrible. Plus we don't know if the sheets are clean. 

Nightmare hotel! 

They really don't speak a word of English. It is of no use to tell them how bad the whole thing is, they don't understand it anyway. Never book the room two days in a row, because they have no cleaners anyway.
