We was there two days ago and it get new dimension. Its abandoned now. No people, broken windows, no water in pools. It have magic now how is nobody in.
I am intersted in what's happened hier and why is abandoned.

 Right now i m holiday here with my family so :
Very bad furniture, sun beds olds and rusty, sun umbrellas with cracks..
The rooms old and not so clean.
The food, the same like in previous years and with the same plastic taste.

This four-star hotel is part of the complex of Grand Hotel Varna, which is located directly on the seafront and has a reception area and lobby. The rest of the floors go down. It's a nice place.

The hotel has a common fenced area and beach with 4 other hotels. The area is large and beautiful, there are many swimming pools and bars. With a bracelet you can enjoy the services of all the bars and snack places in the complex (except the Grand Hotel Varna). There are 24-hour bars. There is a great bar on the roof of the Dolphin Marina resort with a view to the sea, a good and understandable cocktail bar. There is a big bus to enjoy on the beach.

I really liked it.

I must to present this special location, because i was there 4 times (the last one in August 2016) and was amazing for me and me family. I sugest to everyone to try this destination if you need silence, fun and relaxation. The rooms are very big and clen, with a special seaside view and a lot of divertisment places for children.

Best family holiday!

We were there in the middle of september 2016, end of the season, not so expensive. Good choice for families with children. Not luxurious, not so clean, not for the people with big expectations, but a good place to spend a holiday with children. The possibillity to chose from 5 restaurants( lunch and dinner), bufet or a la carte, the amount of food, - you don't get bored... I recommend Susam restaurant, they have fresh and tasty food. Towels were not changed even if I left them on the floor, but I always take my own towel with. We had a great time and we would like to repeat it.Ildiko

Beautiful place, great location, variety of restaurants, nice staff and not expensive

So the staff at all the stores, including the Russian ones, ordered the floors. If you throw the towel on the floor, they would have to replace it. And what else does our guy need? Wi-Fi catches only at the reception, and thanks to that. Besides the Russians, citizens of Romania, Hungary, Ukraine, Macedonia come to their hotel to look at the car rooms. So the staff at all the stores, including the Russian ones, ordered the floors.

+24 or +15?

Overall a poor experience. The furniture is old and very used and the hotel has an strange smell. Beach and near pool area not as clean as expected.
The food was bad ... not enough options and. Toaster broken from day 2.
Extra payment for in room refrigerator (50 leva for 3 nights) which from my point of view is unacceptable for a 4* location.
The management of the activities is poor: 
Waiting lines of 15 - 20 persons to make reservation for dinner at one of the a la carte restaurants (even if the reservation period is from 11 to 14 at 15 past 11 tehre where no more places for the restaurant);
Waiting line of 30 minutes for the "Italian restaurant" at lunch for pizza ... which was average to low as quality.
The + 
- the location and acces to facilities: pools (that could use some renovation works), beach;
- the enterntainment team and programs for children.
Will not go back for sure there and will consider if Bulgaria will remain a choise for future holidays (maybe I did not arrive in the right place).

Not rising up to the 4 stars category

It's been a great vacation. It's been really fun. There's plenty of food. You can have lunch at an Italian restaurant, barbecue, on the beach. Many people write that it's just terrible. Everyone has their opinion.
