We have just visited sunny beach and stayed in the Sunny Bay Aparthotel. The location is amazing as it is directly on the beach, in a really nice and quiet area but close to walk into the centre of sunny beach or along to sveti vlas. The apartment was well equipped and really spacious, even with the bed settee out. Will definitely be coming back. 

Placed just on the end of Sunny Beach but you have to go there. Realy great service and food. Manu is simple but full of great dishes. We tried a lot of positions from the menu and everything was just great. Shopska salad, pork in onion sauce, kebabce, meatballs, fried cheese... You have to try home made cake, delicious. Realy midrange prices. Top 1 for me on this beach.

We didn't stay here and were at the other end of Sunny Beach but each morning would walk the few miles here, and hubby would sit and have his first beer of the day while I swam in the sea and then I would join him for my first beer of the day. Great friendly service, no large screen TVs - just a great view of the sea and a lovely sea breeze.

The hotel has a great location, almost directly at the beach. It is quite far from the center of The Sunny Beach, however, during the night there is no noise so you can sleep quietly. Restaurant services are more than good and you get to choose from wide variety of meals. Manager is very knid and doesn´t hesitate to spend a couple of minutes to introduce you the hotel and it´s surroundings.

Nice aparthotel

The location is very well placed next to the beach, it has some restaurants around but it is far from the center of Sunny Beach.
Where I have stayed it a a 2 bedroom apartment, well equipped, but with old stuff. The TV was ancient, fridge very old, the ACs, all functional but very old.
The the was in the kitchen only.
One bathroom had a sync but not functional. 
The cleaning was very good though.
The pool very clean, also.

Apartment with one room

Plus:
-on the beach
-sea view for all rooms
-balcony for all rooms
-far from center(if you like to sleep from time to time)
-nice employees
-very clean swimming pool
-free closed small parking

Minus:
-cockroaches (solved with insecticid spray)
-old noisy Air Conditioning outdoor units mounted on the balcony for all apartments, cant hear the waves all the time)
-WiFi only in lobby no WiFi in the rooms)
-restaurant separated from the hotel, with rude waiters (didn't had the chance to taste the food)
-water from the city streets spils directly into the sea in front of the hotel with all the dirt

Beware!!! No cards accepted on site!!! Only cash.

Great location, although our appartment (very big, 3 rooms) had only a sideways look to the sea from just one room. The AC remote needed new batteries, the kitchen had not near enough plates, forks, cups and the rest, the single and small elevator (for a 7 floor building) was always running and you had to wait for it, the towels were never 6 (as we were 6 people in the appartment). The wi-fi was quasi non-existent. The parking places were obviously NOT enough. But all in all it was ok.

Great location, good restaurant, poor services

We were enticed by the lovely decor of the on the beach Sunny Bay Fish Resturant only to be hugely disappointed! Waitress was disappointed we were not German and it went down hill from there! Poor service, badly prepared food served randomly  cold fish, chewy calamari over all experience rubbish, we waited 20 minutes for the bill and no one enquired why our plates were still full!!!
