Had a wonderful time recently staying at Royal house .Central location ease of access from the centre

Vladimir was our point of ontacts was, we found him very helpful and informative he even pre booked our ski lifts and ski hire before we arrived which was a big advantage and saved us  times for the slopes. He also arranged  private lessons for come members of the group.

Royal House trumps up!

Really excellent location and standard of accommodation. Great value for money, easy access to ski lifts, shops and restaurants. Now that easyJet and Ryanair fly to Bulgaria the trip is even more cost effective. Ski resort is very beautiful as the mountains are tree covered, new snow cannons and chair lifts make this a great family destination. The resort is always expanding and there are runs available for all levels of skiing. Have. Even going for over 15 years and can also say the destination offers holidays all year round. Can be 35 degrees in summer.

Exceeded our expectations

We were super satisfied with our stay at Royal house Apartments Pamporovo and we will return there next February. We went there as a family (2 adults and 3 children aged 6 to 12 years old). The apartment is large with entrance, living room/kitchen equipped (frigo, oven, boiler, bread grill), bathroom and two bedrooms with two king size beds! The bunk bed is new baby we sleep well there:o) So the apartment was clean, new. The hot water balloon was big enough to join us every night after each other...important after a day of skiing.

The staff is very attentive.

we stayed at these self-catering apartments for one week, and we were most impressed. The rooms were clean, spacious and modern, with underfloor heating. The apartments are two-bedroomed, with a large drying room, bathroom an lounge/diner. You will have to ask your rep for a kettle/frying pan etc when you arrive, but otherwise all other cooking facilities are in the apartments.The staff all speak good english and are friendly and helpful. The apartments are about a two minute walk from the centre of the resort, which is small but lively with a good choice of bars and restaurants, all reasonably priced. The runs are limited but not too busy, and the ski and snowboard instructors all are friendly and speak good english. The only downside for us was the flights and transfers. Sofia is about 3.5hours away, but the airport is prone to fog and we had to get a transfer from greece (8hours!!!), so if you book to come to this resort it may be worth asking if you can pay a small supplement to  be flown into plovdiv which is only 30 mins away.

All in all, a good holiday and would like to go back again.
