We are presently at this hotel. The hotel itself is not to bad. But when it comes to meal time then it hits the bottom of the hill p.d.q. The food is Crap and mostly served cold. For Sunday evening meal there were no potatoes of any kind. I would not come back if they paid me. Brian from scunthorpe

Bad taste

Nice little hotel with friendly staff (one speaks some English and the other fluent). Excellent Aircon, clean bedroom and bathroom,  parking outside.  Good value for money.  Breakfast not included but there is a good restaurant on site where we ate a good supper and then breakfast.

It's nice, it's cozy, it's a very diverse menu in a restaurant on the first floor, we had breakfast, we had a check for two of us, it was about 14 bucks, we hugged each other, I recommend. The room was clean, it was quiet, there was air conditioning, there were no disposable shoes, everything else was fine.

It's a good hotel.

I love this hotel but i dont like that there is a kindergarden right in front of it but the food was delicious and so tasty. The city is so beautiful and has so much things to visit. In the reception the people are very nice but the Internet of the hotel is bad. 

It was the best

We just got there a room by stepping by and it was the best one we had on the whole trip around Bulgaria . Clean and big rooms with nice bathrooms. Good aircon. Quiet neighborhood and not far from bus station- 10 min by slow walk. Unfortunately WiFi doesn’t work on last floor.
Restaurant in the lobby is much worse than rooms - for sure don’t take pizza. 
Service is nice . 

Good value of money and really decent hotel

The hotel also has a restaurant, which is convenient if you don't want to go out at night, typical service: don't be afraid to wait for your meal!

Very nice and cozy hotel. Clean, nice stuff and for a very good price. I sincerely recommend it.

We were able to wiggle this stop into a very busy trip. Reservation was very smooth on booking.com and even though we arrived via bus past guaranteed check in our room was ready.

This place is an easy walk from the bus or train station. Reception is clean and bright. Staff speaks decent English. 

Our room was up 3 flights if stairs, and that was good as the party downstairs was loud.   

The room was good. Comfy bed, tv with plenty of English channels, nice shower. Everything very clean.

Really only downside is the smoke smell. Our "non smoking" room had an ashtray. Plus the smoke smell wafting up from downstairs was thick.  

A good value stay. I just wish it didn't smell so had.  

Good Stay in a Great Town

I wanted a straightforward place to stay within just a few minutes walk of the bus station and this place fitted the bill exactly.  The restaurant was fine and my room had everything I needed; all in all, a perfectly good, functional hotel. It's an easy stroll up to the pedestrianised area of town but there was a good local feel to the actual neighbourhood of the hotel.

Comfortable, clean, quiet, well-located, friendly and good value

Very good location: practically in the city center (a five-minute walk to the pedestrian zone of the center, 10 minutes from AUBG).. sufficiently spacious room (with a small balcony-terrace for smokers). In the room a small refrigerator, TV. The service is excellent, among the staff there are Russian speakers.
