We had a marvelous stay. The staff was welcoming from the beginning, the room big and fully equipped and the breakfast exceptional (fruits, juices, bread, cake). They even offer a snack (cake + coffee) for tea time. The only drawback is the location. It's quite far from the city centre. Then, if you're a bakpacker, you'd better rent a bike prior to your arrival.
