There's a LOT to improve on. Coffee starts at 7 a.m., but only some of the items are served and not even the plastic film covering the trays is removed. No meals are served in the room. There is no branch list available to contact the reception, and you need to go in person to deal with any matter. Check-in was quite time-consuming (few staff to attend). Impossible to talk by phone to book, take questions, etc. Only one TV channel available.

It needs to get better.

Mr. (a) listener (a) is unfortunately and confusingly the way it is arranged on the room options website, misleading the client, if we do not see, triple room, Beds: 1 single bed, 1 single bed or 3 single beds where it is stated to the client that he will have the availability of another bed for a pre-teenager in the case of a couple with 1 or 2 children, now we go to a double room that was my reservation  and that I went to make possible configurations of two single beds or a single bed, give and an option to request a single bed, which also does not exist anywhere on my website informing this.

Cancellation of Hospitality

The service staff are educated, but they are careless and do not receive adequate training on the services and products offered by the hotel. Everything you pick up or ask for an employee, however ordinary, he does not know and needs to pick up for another employee. At the restaurant, although he paid for all the meals for everyone in the reservation, they said that they could not serve a specific dish for my 5-year-old daughter (she would have to eat with the parents so as not to waste, that ordering a dish for two children would have, I have never seen so mean with a 1.3k diary). The hotel equipment is old and in need of a good renovation. The towels should be handled by the firefighters, because they are not old, worn out and the structure is rough.

Poor attendance

It is a hotel with hot pools (thermal water) located in the southwest of Goa.

What a pleasant surprise.

Although the room is very clean, the furniture is old, the TV was not working, repeated breakfast for those staying for more than a day, and extremely noisy corridors, terrible for sleeping, every hour you hear someone closing the door of a room (which is heavy and makes a loud noise). Another negative point is that I stayed thinking that I would have access to all the attractions of the hotel, but even to visit the waterfall is charged in part. What compensates for staying there is the comfort of having access to the swimming pools at any time. I have had the experience of Day Use, staying in the city, and I will definitely do so again next time.

Nice and very familiar place with great service, nice airy and comfortable apartment, excellent breakfast and wonderful hot water pools.

Good hotel to stay with the family.

I stayed with my family at the hotel and there was a pedal and a horse ride both scheduled. When we went with our daughter to use the service that was offered on the website and both at the hotel reception. I was informed that the pedal was forbidden. I scheduled a horse ride with my daughter at the scheduled time we arrived there and we were informed that they did not find the horse. What kind of hotel and this one, that treats the customer so casually.

Relaxing with customers

The rooms ara spacious nice and clean, the pools are good for the kids and you can choose from a hot water to a refreshing one.
The restaurant has improved since last time I was there and the food is very good now.
The only thing that is not good are the prices. Very expensive.

Wonderful stay

The city of Jatai is in the state of Goias and is 320 km away from the capital of Goiania (with an international airport). In my travels outside the common routes, which I join with my work, this beautiful Hotel-Resort in a predominantly agricultural area, as it is linked to giant production of soybeans and corn. A lake and a delightful beach but above all a series of hot-water pools will make the stay very pleasant. Particularly interesting O poço do prefeito (the mayor's well) a space with very warm and slightly sulphuric water that comes out with a lot of force from the ground and that turns out to be a natural and healthy hydration.

An interesting resort in the land of soy and corn

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in February, 2014. It is situated out of town and has a lovely outlook over a lake and countryside. Unfortunately our stay was marred by poor reception on our arrival. Our room was dissappointing.  Large but barren and felt like we were underground. When we opened the shutters we found a view of the carpark -and this despite the hotel being nearly empty. When we booked the hotel we requested a family room but even so, one of our two children had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Other than this, the pools were lovely and the rest of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok but we went into town for dinner.
