Arrived for 2 night stay and was welcomed by the staff singing to  us as we pulled into camp, which we have found to be a customary  in many camps.  We were then handed a fresh scented cloth to wash the dust from our face and hands.  A lovely start.  Tents are well appointed for the remote location, very comfortable and homey. Sitting on the porch between game drives provided plenty of opportunities to relax and watch a variety of game come to the water hole in front of the camp.  Hot showers when needed.  Bar and lounge areas are very appealing and provide good viewing of game as well.   Food was delicious and service outstanding. I felt very pampered. Muller, our camp steward and  Idah, the camp director are outstanding hosts.  They very professionally went about their business of catering to our every whim.  I mentioned, in passing, that I enjoyed star gazing at night so they set up a night trip in a clearing to do just that. Not part of the planned itinerary.   SK was our guide and picked us up at Xobega camp (sister to Tuskers located on an island in the  Ocavango delta) and had a spectacular game drive for several hours.  He knew where to go to see the animals we wanted to see.  Like the other staff members of Tuskers, he  went beyond our expectations for sighting game.  He was tireless and cheerful, all-in-all, very good company.  Large variety of birds as well which I found very enjoyable to watch. Highlight was night drive with spotlight  sighting two leopards chasing an antelope, hyenas, wild cats. Would I go back to this camp?  Absolutely!!!

Superb bush safari experience

Wonderful staff and good accommodations in a relatively remote location.  We had a flat tire when we woke up in the morning and found the manager most helpful in diagnosing a cracked rim and helping us get assistance.  
Water hole view from comfortable common areas is the best feature!



Safari camp 

Beautiful camp and extremely friendly and fun staff. Our guide KT and camp manager Idah were so fun and knowledgeable. The food was excellent and the amenities high end for the price of the camp. I really had an excellent time here. Tons of elephants around the camp and the highlight was the lion sighting as we were leaving the Moremi reserve! I will definitely return. 

I love this place so much!

From the moment you are received by all the staff singing, and a cool drink, you know you are in a special place. This is an experience, not a stay. The camp is rustic but comfortable, the Meru Tents are what you would expect in a place so far from everything! The energy is solar, and the showers can be requested hot or cold (the staff fill the tent's water bag accordingly). The highlight is the waterhole, which is looked upon from chairs placed around the campfire, visited regularly by elephant, warthogs and hyenas, as well as the "McDonalds" of the bush (Impalas), as our fantastic guide Kem called them. Innocent, the camp's manager is incredible and a very warm person, making you feel immediately at home, but running a fully motivated staff. The food is good and the gintonics are excellent. Be aware that the distances and the drives are long and bumpy, to get into the Moremi Park, but worth it. We spent a night at the sister-camp, Xobega Island, which we will review separately, but definitely worth doing, even though the trip involves a long drive and a spectacular boat ride. All in all, this was a major highlight of our trip.

Outstanding experience with outstanding staff 

I stayed for three nights here and could not have been more pleased.  All the staff were very friendly and nice and the food was extremely good.  The waterhole in front of the camp provides never ending things to see and with a nice campfire going in the morning and evening it makes for a wonderful place to relax.  The tents are very nice with inside toilets and showers.  Very comfortable.  We had excellent game viewing each day.

Very lovely Camp

We stayed for 2nights in a very comfortable tent, more like a hotel room really. The camp is small, but has a nice seating area overlooking the waterhole. Lovely boma in the evenings. The staff are delightful and really happy and helpful and our guide KT was great. It wasn’t very busy when we were there so lacked a little atmosphere , but that did not spoil the experience . The food was excellent and plentiful and they had a well stocked bar. All in all a nice stopover

Very restful camp

This is an excellent campsite, overlooking a beautiful waterhole. The ablutions are very neat  and supplies fire wood for a braai. It is very affordable and we shall most certainly camp here every time we visit Hwange National Park.
