A lovely hotel opposite the main station, giving you access to the whole of Vienna and beyond. Hotel is clean and modern, with reasonably sized rooms and cleaning staff visiting each day. Breakfast is good, catering for all tastes. Gluten free bread is available upon request. Check in and out was simple with friendly professional staff. There is no bar area, however there is a self service beer pump and chillers with wine, soft drinks and snacks all operated by the latest technology. There are lifts to each floor and the hotel itself is very peaceful. We heard no noise when we were in our room at all. The location is excellent, with a few restaurants on the square behind the hotel and more along the main road near by. There are lots of food places inside the station itself. We stayed for 8 days and bought a weekly travel ticket for around 20 euros which got us everywhere we wanted to go. All the main sights are within travelling distance on the U-Bahn. We will visit Vienna again and will definitely stay here.
