This first floor apartment is a few minutes walk from the centre of seefeld. It is spacious (we stayed in the 1 bedroom flat - I think the next door flat is 2 bedrooms ).The living and kitchen area is spacious too and well equipped. It has a south facing balcony. The double bedroom has plenty cupboard space. There is one bathroom with shower over bath, sink toilet and washing Machine and another separate toilet room. There is also garage parking for the apartment. The owner Peter lives upstairs. He is friendly, speaks excellent English but is not obtrusive . We have stayed over the years in many self catering apartments in Austria and this is one of the better ones......especially regarding space and cleanliness. It is not the most modern of apartments but it is well equipped, clean and roomy and we would certainly return here. If you enjoy walking or cross country skiing Seefeld is great. We booked through booking.com but would book direct with the owners website next time as its more cost effective for him.
