I stayed with my mother at the hotel in the middle of March. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the point of arrival. The room was huge (quite different to our experience of staying in other hotels in ski resorts in Europe). It was cleaned every day by friendly cleaners. Breakfast and dinner was great. We were particular fans on the salad bar each evening. We both have dietary requirements (including 1 gluten free) and the hotel ensured there was always something for us both the eat. The hotel is situated in Mildred’s; the ski bus is a 30 second walk around the corner. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the main gondola and bubble lift which takes you up to the ski runs. We hired a locked at the bottom bubble lift which meant we could leave our skis, boots, poles and helmets there each evening and saved us carrying them back and forth down the mountain. Locker cost €10 per day. Overall we had a fantastic week and thoroughly enjoyed our trip!
