My mum got locked out no staff seems to be around been calling all day now mums in the streets tonight that’s not good she had medical condition and needs her meds that are locked in her room what if something happens to her I’ll get upset I have autism and I’m scared for my mum now

Mum got locked out and on streets cause no one will answer the phone I’m scared for her now

All the staff that we got serviced by are really hard working and go out of their way to help .The place is a little run down but not the staff .The room We stayed in has a brand new air con, new mattress on the bed and the room was freshly painted 
The place is old for sure but again the staff do their best with what they have to work with.

The Staff are great

My wife and I have stayed here more than 5 times and the rooms are getting better and better each stay . The maintenance man this doing a great job fixing the rooms up with brand new air cons and fresh paint

It's ok it's cheap and safe

Where do I begin, this place is amazing! It really feels like you’re staying at a 5 star hotel, the room was so clean! There is definitely a feeling of elegance and class about this place. Would definitely recommend to friends and I will 100% be back, might even bring my partner too for a little couples retreat. The owner has done a great job with the refurbishment, a great mix of new ideas with some awesome vintage furniture. Please stop here for the night if you’re going up the Hume highway.

Wow! 5 star quality at a 1 Star price!

Dam this place was the pits! Walked into reception to be engulfed in stale cigarette stench.. rooms resembled the theme from movies such as trainspotting or breaking bad.. pretty sure u can rent these rooms out per hour.. 
On the plus side! The service was below average. 

If you love the smell of cigarettes this place is for you!

service was ok but when i checked in even though i let them know i was coming early then expected they told me the room was not ready and they will let me in at 12pm so i come back just a bit 12 and they were going to tell me the room is still not ready thats why we have a checkout at 10am and checkin at 2pm. the only good things about the room was the hot water in shower the tv. the bad thing about the motel was the room was not cleaned near the air conditioner and the air conditioner didnt work even with the power on and in the room looking for guest information to see how to work the air conditioner and no guest information book which is really hand for travellers. i would suggest to get a guest information in the room.
