There are new owners. They're making many improvements. Painting the outside and painting the apartments. New mattresses on the beds with new sofas. All new lamps, pots and pans. The removal of the small island and replaced by a table and chairs gives more space in the apartment. Outside, those large trees have been removed and replaced by nice plants. In the pool area, it has a more open concept. But the best is the cushioned lounge chairs. It makes it so comfortable when spending time at the pool. Also the new chairs outside each apartment is a welcome convivence. The staff goes above the call of duty to make your stay most enjoyable. Some of the new staff is learning English to better assist guest. The new owners a doing a fantastic job. I look forward next year when they have completed some of the other renovations
