Excellent super comfortable hotel very rich the breakfast...looks like a beach holiday hotel....the only thing missing is a stack under the beautiful palm trees that it has in the garden, everything very carefully excellent heating.

Very recommended.

I was hired to the hotel because they assured me that it would be okay for a remission to come to my family at 5 a.m. I asked twice when the time came they called the remission company FENIX de Rafaela and it took 40 minutes to arrive.

A HORRIBLE MUY MALA experience has been made.

The experience of staying at the Plaza Ben Hur hotel was excellent.

We stayed with my family for one night only. It's a hotel that in a short time would improve a lot. The carriages to leave the car sound very good. The rooms are spacious, just and necessary. The towels are impeccable and provide toiletries. The lack of maintenance in general. And a little cleaning. The breakfast is quite poor and of poor quality. For what we needed it was acceptable.

The hotel is nice. The details to improve on.....the canilla of the bathrooms pierden. There is no extra roll of paper. There is a door that gives an outdoor staircase that does not close and that at night if there is a breeze strikes...The breakfast....4 points. Zafan the homemade jams and the field bread that runs out and is not replenished.Medials like plastic. No filament. All things better. Positive...good price, good location and conqueror.

Details that can be improved

It's not very luxurious, but it's well located and the rooms have everything you need, TV, bathroom with good hot water, WiFi, amplitude, air conditioning that works well, etc. The breakfast could be improved by adding jam and cheese.

Se lo redondeo, es un hotel de una estrella para pasar la noche, desayuno malismo, el café era un té de lo clarito, el leche era agua, las facturas ni en un cotolengo la sirven, los dulces o mermeladas eran en servidos en unas frasquitas minúsculas como de muestra gratis, tortas húmedas o viejas, etc. In the room there was a strong smell of pigeon poop, the bathroom without bathtub and the curtains rote.
