This hotel is ideal if you are staying in Buenos Aires passing by to another province, because some of the buses services that go to other cities have an office next door, and the bus has a stop in front of the hotel, so you can carry on without having to go to the super busy and chaotic retiro terminal station. Its more on the "budget accommodation" side, but its perfect, clean, great aircon, great wifi service, a small gym that has a few things, you. might not get a great workout but you'll definitely be able to do something, although it really smells like rubber for some reason. And what is most important, very accommodating staff, providing they have availability they would let you check in early or accommodate with a late check out. There's a coffee shop that have some really nice grilled cheese sandwiches and the coffee is great, the breakfast is nice enough, but I assume if you have any dietary requirements you'll be very limited. the Location is probably the best, now is not a nice neighbourhood but you are a few minutes away from the congress, and if you enjoy walking around, you are around 30 minutes walk away from most things are worth seeing in Buenos Aires
