Breakfast very good. Nice location. Steep incline to lower parking but was able to navigate.

Thank you for all your services. The place was clean and organized , amazing views from the room and very close to stores and other amenities. Loved the experience and will come back for sure! Also I forgot my hat after leaving the property and they had saved it for me when I returned to look for it. Thank you again.

Great place to stay. Extremely welcoming hospitality like youre family. Safe, comfortable , and great views! The driveway is very steep so be prepared but all of the driveways in town are so nothing unusual. Highly recommend you stay here!!!

I had a lovely 2 night stay at this property. The lady that checked me in was most helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The deck and private beach at the front is amazing and the views are out of this world.

Great hotel with an amazing view! The staff was super nice and helpful as well.

Unbeatable location right over the sea, with private beach, and fantastic sea views.  All requests addressed quickly and satisfactorily.  Only issue was that the TV did not work; otherwise, everything was great.

Nice plase to stay. Room is clean and simple. We loved the balcony unit overlooking the sea. Breakfast was very good.Excellent service by the staff. Went above and beyond to make everything enjoyable!!!! Will definitely stay here again if we revisit.

A wonderful family run hotel with its own private beach set in a beautiful part of Saranda with magnificient views from our hotel room overlooking the sea of Jon. It is a very friendly and welcoming hotel and I can"t wait to return. If you are lucky enough to be able to visit Albania this would be a perfect get away and I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is very welcoming and we would highly recommend it. It is a family run business and runs to a very high standard and they make you feel very welcome.  It is in a beautiful part of Saranda not far the city centre but it very quiet and secluded with wonderful views.

views on the beach are exclusively captivating and inspiring!
Rooms were ok, no complaints just because there is so much to discover outside if you fancy.
But if you're dozy and 40 degrees have hit, it's better to stay in and take a nap.

Good to settle in

This is quite small hotel for families by the sea. Staff (this year only 2 persons) don't speak english at all, but it's not a problem, they will help you in any situations. Host is nice old man. Rooms aren't modern but clean and comfortable. They have own very nice beach with umbrellas. This place is calm and quiet. No disco or loud music outside. Small own parking. We have been pleasant stayed there 3 times

Good place to rest

We stayed there for 10 days , in august, the hotel has private parking, private beach , perfect for vacation for who wants peace and quiet ! Very very beautiful small beach.  You have everything close (5 min walk) , market, retaurants, fast food .
The room was ok , but they didn’t clean it very well....
Very poor choice of food for breakfast, and the things offered were with very bad quallity ( eggs, eggs, eggs, buter, jam, cereals) . We really liked the homemade tea (čai) and the slloooow made esspresso :) 
To sum up , i reccomend this place!

Super location!!!

I went there this summer and I really enjoyed my holidays there. Especially the beach downside the hotel was a private beach for those who want to have some relaxing time. The owners were very very very friendly and hospitable. The hotel was near to the main road ..Don’t hesitate to go there for your holidays,,,

Nice little hotel with excellent location by the sea and access to private beach. Very steep road will be hard to navigate for people with mobility issues

Great Location if you are ablebodied

Very close to the water.Poor communication due to lack of English skills.Breakfast was not too good.
