This hotel is a gem. The room is very spacious and the bed is the best I've had anywhere in a long time. The bedlinen and towels are high quality white cotton too. The shower has lots of hot water and the A/C works well. Having a desk isn't common in Vietnam, in my experience, so it was nice to have one. Breakfast was excellent - buffet style and included in the room rate. A lot of options. It is served until 9.30. All the staff I met were very friendly and professional. 5 star service everywhere. Mr Tung on reception was very helpful and allowed me to check in early - this was very much appreciated. Block B - I assume it is the original building - doesn't have a lift/elevator so this is something to consider for some people. Mr Tung kindly helped me with my luggage - though he didn't need to. I am going back this weekend.
