The room was clean and comfortable, cleaned on request, breakfast was lovely with a good selection as you can expect with a premier inn, can’t fault it really. All the staff are very pleasant and professional, Alisha T in particular was so helpful at breakfast with the kids!

Staff are absolutely brilliant they make you welcome and in the restaurant they are very pleasant and make you feel comfortable and any hiccups they are there to sort everything I absolutely 💯 love ❤ coming here in all the times I've been here I've never had any problems they are a great team to be serving the customers

The stay was great, very clean room and hotel. The attached pub food was great, maybe add some draught ales to the bar not all folk are larger drinkers. Replenish the continental choices quicker. Only negative, the outside was tired and dated. Needs a face-lift.

The hotel was clean and efficient, great value on a Friday night. 

The following morning my wife and I went for breakfast and it was a wonderful start to the day.

The young lady, Alisha, greeted us with a warm smile and nothing was too much trouble, she was outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic, cooked to order and everything perfect, even the poached eggs.

We've stayed in many hotels over the years (some a lot more expensive!) and this was, by far, the best breakfast and service we have had.

All credit to Alisha, the front of house and the kitchen staff, thank you, a nice experience and a great start to the weekend.

NB. Yes, I have read some of the other reviews... Ours was truly a first-rate experience.

Brilliant stay from start to finish
 Welcomed on reception by Charlotte who was helpful and positive. There were eight of us staying fir my parents Diamond Wedding Party. Charlotte even organised chocolates and a card in their room. When we returned in the evening Donna was on night shift and was excellent . Again friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and a big shout out to Donna and Lucy our waitresses who went over and above with making the breakfast fab. Compliments to the chef our family joined us at breakfast so 11 in total . 11 full English breakfasts cooked to perfection, piping hot. A fabulous weekend helped by the wonderful team at Premier Inn.

Booked 2 rooms for a couple of nights - as all premier inns, for a 3 star hotel, its definitely worth the money.  Clean, has everything you would need and free parking with lots of spaces.  There are no adjoining rooms but we were allocated rooms together on the top floor as requested to Donna (thank you!) Lovely, friendly service and the breakfast (cooked breakfast isn't a buffet) in the Stonecross Table Table restaurant next door was lovely.

Fantastic staff and a good hotel. Room were clean and welcoming.  Lovely food in the restaurant breakfast and evening meal and staff couldn't do enough for you. Thanks for a good night stay we will definitely be returning. 

We stayed at this hotel August bank holiday weekend and found that its very comfortable and staff are friendly. I would recommend staying here, well worth the money. There is a restaurant next to it where you can have a cooked breakfast.

We spent a period of 9 weeks from December 22 to February 23. Our experience was very positive with excellent staff and brilliant customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff member who were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Housekeeping service kept a very clean hotel and our rooms were cleaned to a high standard. We will use again and recommend a stay here to all. 

Stop here with work , every month, and only request this primmer inn at haydock part as staff are very friendly, and very welcoming , easy place to find and easy to get to motorway , food is great at the stone cross , I’ve stop at the Wigan primmer inn this one is better one too stop at

Fantastic breakfast and service!

Excellent stay. Highly recommended! Great Staff. Great location. Amazing breakfast experience!

The actual hotel was good with friendly and efficient staff, however, the food in the adjacent restaurant is mediocre to say the least.
The food was just about okay as I am a vegetarian, and had the vegan burger, but the chips were only just lukewarm and the coleslaw was greasy!
The fruit juice at breakfast is obviously watered down and not very nice.

Family Holiday

I stayed night over to meet friends in Liverpool following day with my wife and daughter. The room was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfy, the shower was great, Wi-Fi was fast enough and parking was safe. I found staff courteous but the breakfast next door in the restaurant was a blunder. It was very chaotic, unorganised and expensive for the food we got in return. I will never make this mistake again, should have eaten at McDonalds next door 

Quiet relaxed sleep

Must admit that on arrive our hearts sank, the front looked old and worn and we didn't expect much from this visit. However, once inside that all changed. The staff were fantastic and so helpful, rooms were clean and you got what we've come to expect of a Premier Inn. Breakfast was lovely, my only criticism would the lack of light in the breakfast area, it was very dark if you weren't sat near a window, which did spoil it slightly, but food was cooked to order and very nice, staff pleasant and willing to help. On the whole, we were very satisfied with this hotel and would visit again. Perhaps Premier Inn could consider a lick of paint on the outside?

Haydock park premier inn absolutely brilliant stopping ere. Staff are great anything you need they will try there very best to help you out. Always a friendly hello when ya finish work .. glad its my home for the next year while working on the m6 also cant fault the rooms for being clean and fresh and even when u been there for more than a few days the ask you do u want ur room refreshing.
