Enjoyable stay. This Premier Inn hotel proved to be excellent in most areas. Hotel is in good condition with clean bedrooms and a pleasant bright and spacious area for breakfast and dinner. Convenient large carpark. Check in was slightly longer than usual on this occasion and signage to the hotel we thought was lacking however we would book again without hesitation if in the area. Usual comfy beds and bathrooms and good heating controls easy to use and efficient. Would recommend.

Awesome staff and environment. Everyone here is so supportive. Really enjoyed our stay. 

Rooms are clean and food in restaurant is too good. 

I would highly recommend this place if someone is coming for Business or family trip. Would love to come again.

Well, well. An excellent hotel. It has excellent links to the m4 and swansea. The hotel itself is clean and tidy with free parking and WiFi. Staff are warm and friendly especially Wendy. She is lovely all the staff are. Just a few issues are the neighbouring rooms bathroom are Loud and we could not hear the tv in our room. There is mold starting to grow at the windows that's because you can't open them. 

Excellent budget hotel. Spotless rooms. Really excellent staff. Can get breakfast and dinner on site. Free parking. Nice area, and handy for Swansea. The staff are a credit to you.
If you’re looking for a well located, clean, friendly hotel at Swansea without breaking the bank, take it from me - this one is what you want.

Every time we have stayed at Swansea North we have had a good experience. We have always found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. Free parking which is very important to us and a good location. 

Just what we needed for our overnight trip to see friends in Swansea, easy to get to with loads of parking . Short taxi ride into the city where we had an enjoyable evening. The hotel amenities are just what we needed and air conditioning in the room was a bonus , just right for a hot night. Will definitely stay again on our next trip down to see friends.

The whole week stay was most enjoyable. Everyone was most engaging and to highlight Dan, Angela, Matthew and the chef's for their exemplary attention to make our stay one of the best that could be had.
All the staff must be complimented, top marks.

The staff are really friendly, great stay. And Wendy was excellent. Clean rooms and no noise. Always very helpful with any questions we had. And always recognised me on each visit which is always nice

Very pleasant welcome from Wendy on arrival she is a credit to the Company…easy check-in clean comfortable room, plenty of hot water for shower also very comfortable bed left to do own thing would definitely recommend 

This was the best Premier Inn experience we have ever had. We have stayed in many Premier Inn establishments throughout the UK over the years. This was by far the the most satisfying stay to date. When we arrived, we checked in at reception. There is a vending machine upon entry. The two gentlemen on the reception desk were friendly, helpful, and polite. We had two rooms booked. One for my son and I and a room for my parents. One room was upstairs and one was down.
We asked if there were any rooms available next door to each other. They checked and there were two rooms available next to each other on the bottom floor.

We were across the road in a separate block to the reception area. We were fortunate enough to be place in the first two rooms as you enter the block.
The rooms we stayed in were immaculate. They were double bed rooms. They were clean, cozy, quiet and very modern. There was Wi-fi, a kettle, tea and coffee condiments, a hairdryer, free view television, bath/shower, hand wash, shower/hair wash, a double bed, a single bed/sofa and a pull out bed underneath the double bed with extra bedding. Plenty of plug sockets and USB slots t the side of the bed. There were only two pillows on the bed so we requested two more pillows at reception. We were given extra pillows immediately. Just outside our room was a door leading to a little foyer and stairs to the next floor. There is a vending machine with drinks, crisps, chocolate and snacks. Slightly over priced, but expected.
We didn't have the breakfast, only because we opted for Greggs instead which is literally next door, along with a chip shop, Pappa John's pizza place, Joe's ice cream parlor, KFC, Burger King, Costa Coffee and Asda.
10/10. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely stay again.

We have just returned from a weekend stay at this hotel after we were in Swansea for a Sci fi convention the reception staff were friendly and no problem checking in we didn't book breakfast on the Sunday as we were not able to due the time we had to be at the venue the room was clean and tidy the only problem was we couldn't open the window and the wifi didn't work but that didn't spoil our stay there are places to eat which are three minutes away we only had breakfast on the monday which was very nice it would be good if the rooms had a small fridge like they do in the primer plus rooms as that would be useful and add a nice touch we hope to be back in the future

The best Premier Inn experience

Stayed here as we had a late flight followed by an early start. Usual Premier Inn so you know what to expect. We arrived around 1130pm and the night staff were OK, if a little unsure what to do! 

Decent enough bedroom, peaceful night sleep and good enough bed. 

Breakfast served in adjacent restaurant and again, typical premier inn! £9.99 each does seem a little high but you can eat as much as you wish. 

No complaints, handy for the motorway and easy enough to find.

From the Welcome received from Wendy who went above and beyond our check in by organising A Taxi for a specific time to making sure we had all that was needed we knew we were in for a great Stay. The Room was lovely comfortable and with a nice temperature and had all we needed, The shower was outstanding and I didnt want to get out!! Wendy was on duty again the following morning and was was bright as a button and welcoming again asking how our evening went and confirming we had all that was needed.
Highly recommend this Hotel to all !!!!
