Had Sunday lunch to celebrate Fathers Day a few weeks late. 
Excellent meal all round, my roast beef was the best I've had in a long time. No complaints from the other four members of our group.

Fabulous food (and presentation) in the evening. (Choose the restaurant if you like a buzzy atmosphere, or a cosy corner of the bar if you prefer something more relaxed - both are lovely!) Breakfast was SUPERB! (LOVE the Breakfast Platter idea). All the staff we met were really enthusiastic and lovely and can't do enough for you (Amelia and Rebecca - Thank You!) Our room was clean, great decor and quality sheets etc. Also, it was beautifully characterful with old stone lintels, leaded windows with a great view of the village / river etc! There's absolutely nothing to fault at the Neville Arms and every reason to eat and /or stay! We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful Boxing Day lunch, we were a party of 12, and the food (the Braised Beef Croquettes were amazing) and the service was fabulous. Max and all the staff could n't have done more to make our lunch more memorable, thank you we will definitely be back again very soon.

My wife, family of six and I stayed here for 3 nights in late October.
It would be hard indeed to find ANY fault at all with this lovely spot in a great location and lovely village.  The staff are all very charming and helpful.  The rooms are nothing short of fantastic with lovely bed and bathroom - all newly refurbished.  Every detail has been considered and attended to.
The food and service in the restaurant are both first class.
What more can one wish for?!

We had a hugely successful three night stay. We will definitely return. It was a great place to catch up with family. Medbourne itself is a most attractive village, with scenic walks on the doorstep.

We loved our room, which was even better than anticipated, with a sitting area and plenty of space.

The staff were all brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. the meals were excellent and there was such a good atmosphere.

We are really pleased that we chose to stay at the Nevill Arms !

Just returned from a most enjoyable break ( 3 couples ), at the Nevill Arms in Medbourne 
 The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious and the young staff team were  particularly friendly and helpful. 
The food also deserves special mention 
The breakfasts were absolutely delicious.
The Supper Club meal on the Monday evening was excellent and very good value.
And the meal the following evening in the restaurant was superb!
A really imaginative menu, mouth watering food, beautifully presented.
Medbourne is a lovely little village, equidistant from Market Harborough and Uppingham, set in most attractive countryside with good,  well signposted walks straight from the hotel. 
Our first visit but we’ll definitely be back!

Had Christmas Day at the Nevill Arms, food was amazing. Hosts made us feel really welcome and service was top notch! Well done guys, you made our christmas!

Great place to stay with very good staff, great food and excellent ambiance. Couldn’t have had a nicer experience and would highly recommend a stay here. The eggs royal breakfast pre-departure was amazing. Top job guys and keep up the great work!!

On Saturday 11 of us had booked for a birthday meal. On arrival the waitress advised they were short staffed so to call her over if needed. We didn’t need to. She was superb and attended to us as though we were the only table in the restaurant. The food was also top class. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something a little special and great value for money.

A relate lovely stay

A Very Special Break

A most enjoyable 3 night break

Short staffed and still managed a superb experience

Another visit to one of the best pub restaurants with accommodation in the UK. A chilled out vibe in the bar makes it easy to relax with a great range of drinks on draught. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, the dinner menu is creative, well presented and never disappoints. Breakfast is different to the norm and the coffee is deliciously moreish. The service throughout the pub & restaurant is efficient, warm but not intrusive. The bedrooms are comfy with luxurious bedding and the quiet village makes for a peaceful nights sleep. A special mention for Alice & Callie… their attentive service on our last two visits was the icing on the cake. We’ll be back very soon.

Wonderful Dinner Bed & Breakfast in quiet Leicestershire village

This was our first visit to The Nevill Arms Inn, and we were very impressed with our experience from start to finish.  We hadn't travelled very far, but just wanted a night away somewhere different.

We were wowed by the picturesque village of Medbourne when we arrived.  There was a really nice buzz in the pub when we  first walked in, and it was busy.  The staff were very friendly and welcoming.  

Our room was very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view  overlooking the village.  We had breakfast the following the morning and it was very well presented with generous portions.

The Nevill Arms is still in the process of being refurbished, but most of the work has been done already, and to a very good standard.  The area at the back of the Pub has been developed which during the summer months and warmer weather will be a great place to  meet and socialise with friends and family.  

Would  certainly recommend the Nevill Arms Inn, and look forward to visiting again.

Have visited several times for Sunday lunch as don’t live too far away. As always the food was very tasty and great portion sizes. This was the first time we have ever visited where the service has been so slow. We had to ask for a wine menu then it took ages to bring the wine and drinks over, there was no cutlery on the table so had to ask for that which was brought to us after all the main courses had been served, took ages to remove the plates and wait for desserts, in the end we didn’t bother waiting for coffees as by this point we had been at the table almost three hours for two courses. I have seen the pub at lot busier with quicker service so don’t think it was because they were rushed off their feet as it was reasonably quiet in there. 

Lovely Food Slow Service

Stayed for one night on way home from Party in Nottingham. On arrival person behind bar was polite and directed us to parking. 
After we had been shown to room (not same as picture on web site) we went down to bar for drink. NO COFFEE/TEA available as machine not turned on?? I settled for water (no alcohol) and my wife a decent glass of wine. Bar area was warm with fire blazing. As we had A heavy lunch we opted for chips and onion rings from the dinner menu. Tasty but very greasy. 
Room nice and comfy bed. No plugs near mirror. The advertised homemade biscuits was a bag a small pieces and powder. Dissapointing.
Bathroom large and warm with nice fluffy towels. Shower had couple of black mold spots that needed a treatment.
Breakfast room was a charm, great service, homemade items on buffect and full english to die for. 
Would return if in vacinity.
