Amazing stay room clean staff very friendly and helpful excellent service

Clean budget hotel with free parking. No complaints as such good value.

Quite abd sereen environment, no smoking policy!!

hotel provides good services to the custmers its rooms are   quite good and its also budget frndly and this hotel provides wifi to the custmers the place quit good to stay there nothing like sound or anything like sound from outside

This hotel is absolutely amazing great location, great service and even better food. There were gunshots in the window which I think was a nice addition it made a nice breeze during the hot weather. Me and my gay mates loves it there, would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Very peaceful. Buile hill park is also very good the local people seem very nice and welcoming to visitors. I did see to smackhead fighting in the kids area of the park, it also stunk of weed but the people there gave us some weed which was very and perms seem to be very popular in the area so I recommend getting one before u go there so u don't get bullied by the 12 year old smack heads.

Bare wires on the lamp. Had to squeeze past shower tray to access rest of bathroom. One of the windows doesnt open, one is fixed in its position. Radiator doesnt work, one placed infront of it. Towel rail broken. Wardrobe didnt have any coathangers. Kettle with tea and cofffee but no milk or sugar. Tv but no remote.

Stayed here overnight Friday until Saturday looking at reviews we weren’t expecting a lot but we were really happy with our stay. Rooms were very clean, and lovely decorated, lovely clean bedding. Room was a great size. Staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. Would 100% stay here again. Only thing was if I HAD to say a negative was there was no teabags or coffee in the room, we had milk and a kettle but I’m sure if we would have asked we would have got some x

Location of thr property is great. Price is low and staff very friendly and helpful. My only downside was the noise. Constalty people up late shouting and early banging in the morning. Couldnt get a good nights sleep because of this but the staff were great and the rooms were clean

Renovations were going on inside the hotel- these did not phase my stay. The cleaner and desk clerk were very accommodating and got me a kettle for my usual morning tea. He also sorted the tv. I was given a room choice- upstairs or down and it was warm and clean so very comfortable for my stay. Very much paying for what you get but would recommend if needing to be close to Salford. Plus the desk clerk knew a taxi man that gave me a great deal when travelling to see my daughter further towards Manchester City centre!

Quiet, comfortable and warm!

hotel is improving!. we stayed for 1 night as working in Manchester. rooms all have new blinds, fresh bedding, fully stocked tea and coffee, soaps and gels in the bathrooms, new wifi installed throughout. new owners are slowly improving the place but it's going to take time! new mattresses are needed, new paint in the rooms and a bit of Tlc throughout.lovely pub called the Sovereign about 10 a ten min walk away.good luck to the owners

Good location close to the city without being in the thick of it. Only £9 in an uber to the Victoria warehouse where we were going. Walls very thin so can hear everything. Room unclean stains in the seiling and mirrors. Wires hanging out the wall on the tv. Wifi terrible and freeview didnt work. Tiny room, but for the price you get what you pay for i suppose. Its fine if you just need a bed for the night which we did after our rave lol!The bathroom was ok. But toilet was loose and towel rail hanging off the wall.
