Where to start....Location is great. Not only close to the airport and NEC, with easy access, but to get there, you are away from the major road jams - easy and quick. Why time travel? because Anthea's welcome and hospitality is a throwback to the days when customers really counted. I have not found better or warmer and it was a refreshing surprise. Speaking of warmer, don't worry about keeping warm. The heating is toasty and NOT (as in some places), only turned on for a couple of hours here or there to save money. Nope the outside chill will not affect you. Likewise plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. The sanitary stuff boasts character but most importantly, all works. Finally monsters...The breakfast! This is huge and of a quality that would put most of the major chains to shame. The only thing off the menu is dieting. For those more disciplined, there is a great selection of fruits and cereals too. Comfy bed and pristine linen. Would I come back? Yes. Would I recommend this oasis? Yes -already have done.
