The best accommodation we have stayed in.
5kaza is really well equipped, clean and very comfortable with lovely decorative touches. 
The bedrooms are on the lower floor making them cool in the summer heat. Spacious with lovely beds and excellent en-suites.
Living room and kitchen on first floor have lovely views. The breakfast terrace off the kitchen is great. Very well equipped.
The star of the show is the roof terrace …. Just spectacular- lovely private pool, outdoor dining area and seating area and fire pit bbq with views that are simple fantastic.
We could not have wanted for anything more.

I can not gush enough about the fantastic time my boyfriend and myself had at 5 kaza, despite getting lost and arriving in the middle of the night Baris was there to welcome us in and to even offered us a welcome glass of wine! The room itself was not only stunning and beautifully decorated but incredibly comfortable, the bed was cosy and the shower stylish, powerful and hot. We could have just stayed the whole time in our room but having the delicious breakfast,that Baris kindly prepared for us, whilst looking out over the vast mountainous vistas which spanned the horizon, nestled behind the chic infinity pool, we knew we needed to explore the intriguing surrounds.The beaches,restaurants and nearby ghost town are fantastic. The entire trip was completely idyllic, the hotel is chic and modern whilst managing to retain a strong  feel for its roots and tradition. Baris was the most wonderful host providing not only the perfect place to relax and unwind but also  delicious food, a wealth of information and also great company. I would 100%recommend 5kaza,it is the relaxing oasis of calm we dreamed of, and so much more. 

This hotel/ villa with four rooms is worth paying little more than we are used to in Turkey. Normally you can stay in really nice pensions for 35-50 euro per night. This one is really nice with a superb pool, terrace overlooking the valley towards Kayakoy. It is far away from the crowds near Oludeniz. The room is very big, large bathroom, bed is really good. Breakfast is also nice. Turkish but little more posh than normal. It had a 'wow' factor. We didn't have dinner in the hotel. That is possible apparently but dinner in Kaya Wine house is also really nice. It is a 15 min walk or they can have you picked up. 

We stayed here for  a week. 

Lovely warm welcome on our arrival from Vicky and a lovely homecooked food from Baris.

The hotel only has 4 bedrooms so its very private and delightful. The entrance hall has a marble floor with a beautifull staircase. The bedrooms are all unique and large with comfortable beds and attractive soft furnishings. All have a balcony. The bathrooms are amazing with their huge showers and marbled tiling.

Breakfast was served on the terrace. A very satisfying breakfast of fruit, yogurt, choice of meats, cheese, tomatoes, olives. Fabulous fresh bread bought from the village daily. As if that isnt enough, Baris will also cook a delicious omelette.

The views from the terrace and infinity pool were breathtaking, surrounded by mountains and forests. It is so peaceful and tranquil.

The hotel is situated in a small Turkish village where there are a couple of local restaurants serving great local food.

Further afield, Hirosonu is only a 10 minute drive. Taxis are a good price.Vicky will make recomendations and organise a hire car, which we found useful for the week. Buses do run through the village. 

Worth a trip to Fetye, buses every 7minutes from Horosonu, easy to go for the evening. Eat at the fish market for a great experience.

Oludeniz about 10mins drive and a lovely place to spend time on the beach.

If you want a relaxing holiday this is the place to come, its easy to idle the time away reading next to the pool. Having a dip to cool off. Vicky and Baris are great hosts and will do anything to help your holiday go well.

What a place this is , looks out over Kaya valley & the standard of the hotel is fabulous , if you are looking for a top notch hotel in this area believe me this is it . Thanks to Vickie & Barish for a  memorable stay , we will return when next in Turkey .

-/- It's not a negative:) but the greek ghost town is nearby... Be warned.. Excellent for ghost hunters.. No TV in rooms (but thats just how you look at it... the host is excellent company) I didnt miss any TV.

+/+Excellent and entertaining multilingual host, 
great breakfast (organic eggs/jam/cheese... and own pommegranate/nar/grapes..from garden).. bread was really something delicious. The fireplace was also very welcome and warming.
