We enjoyed our stay at the Reach Inn. Very good value for money. Clean room with wifi, warm shower and AC. The two ladies Ioma and Disney looked after us very well and caringly. Ioma called a taxi for us on departure.

Stayed here for a night. Two sisters who manage the property and very sweet and welcoming. Breakfast was really good. They cooked us what we love in Srilankan cuisine, with a lot of variety. The wifi is bad, doesn't reach the room. Overall, good stay.

Stayed overnight in late November 2016.  We booked all 3 rooms.  Views from the seperate balconies were very scenic.  Enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast and service provided by the friendly care taker sisters, Ayoma and Dishny.  Will recommend for a safe and comfy homestyle stay with modern amenities.

Lovely hospitality, great food and perfectly located!

If you'd like to enjoy the quality of a spare room in a local family's apartment but aren't happy paying the $5-6 that this usually costs in Sri Lanka, and would prefer to pay $50 plus online booking fees, this is the place for you. 
Highlights: No key to the locked front door, location up the mountain where no tuk tuk can find it, ants all over toilet, multiple cockroaches, huge spider in my daughter's blankets, broken sink, toilet won't flush, seat won't stay up, open panel on light switch exposing wires, breakfast is served on dirty dishes, and is an unpeeled piece of papaya and greasy eggs, doors don't close properly, wifi doesn't work, there is a greasy coating on everything in the apartment, and floors are filthy. 
Once you climb up the three flights of stairs to get into this place with no help, you will meet the "lovely aunties" who take care of this place. They will proceed to ask you to turn off all electricity the moment that you are not using it, demand that you tell them exactly when they should serve breakfast, and even ask you to check out early because they "have somewhere to be." Then, expect them to bang dishes and peep into your window until you leave at the time they want.
If you are willing to overpay for nice views available at other hotels, decent beds, and pretty much nothing else, check in here. 
If you'd rather not be badgered and treated like an unwelcome guest in someone's house, stay away. How this place is listed on hotel booking sites and has good reviews mystifies me.
