Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Hotel, rooms, breakfast all superb. Located on major walking path between Soller and Deia, each about 1h away, so it's a lovely walking location. Also convenient by car for Tramuntana area and beaches. Dinners were simply superb... tasty, well presented, imaginative. Air con in some rooms, if required. Pool is lovely in July from temperature perspective, and the view from the pool is lovely. Hotel is near the main road, but we were not bothered by it at all, and we live in a quiet rural area. Due to a flight delay, we arrived at 0400h, and the manager was there to greet us cheerfully! We really can't fault this hotel and staff.
