Additional information
Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport. Front desk is open 24/7. The on-site spa complex features an aero-hydromassage pool, a salt pool (floating), a Jacuzzi, a panoramic sauna, a Roman bath, a hammam, a contrasting cold font and a relaxation area with sun beds. Other treatments are available for an additional fee.
A visit to the spa complex is included in the accommodation for rooms of the following categories: Superior, Suite, Suite with a view of Moscow City, Executive Suite, Art Suite, Presidential Suite. No time limit and no appointment required.
Access to the spa for children under 12 years old is open from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM. For adults, the complex is open to the public from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM. For hotel guests staying in other room categories, a visit to the spa complex is paid additionally, the duration of the visit is 2 hours, by appointment.
On weekdays from Monday to Thursday: adults — RUB 1500.00, children under 12 years — RUB 750.00.
Weekends from Friday to Sunday: adults — RUB 3000.00, children under 12 years old — RUB 1500.00.
Unlimited access for 1 day, at any time from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with children under 12 years old — from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM. On weekdays from Monday to Thursday: adults — RUB 3000.00, children under 12 years old — RUB 1500.00. Weekends from Friday to Sunday: adults — RUB 5000.00, children under 12 years — RUB 2500.00.
The hotel allows dogs (one animal per room) weighing up to 5 kg. Upon arrival, the hotel provides a bed, bowl, and gift box for a pet (dog waste bags, a branded toy, and treats). A deposit is required upon check-in in case of damage, which will be refunded on the day of departure after the room has been checked.
When staying with dogs, guests must have a veterinary passport with them.
The breakfast in the room service is charged separately.
The gym is open from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Conditions of admission: for hotel guests, a gym is included in the price. For non-hotel guests, the gym is available for use at an additional cost. The price also includes access to the aquathermal area of the SPA. |

Everything was special, beautiful and clean, starting from the reception staff to all the hotel staff. Frankly, they received us with a smile and a welcome, answering all inquiries, looking for the comfort and happiness of the guest. The hotel is new and integrated and close to the metro stations and next to it is a shopping mall and interest in guests and helping them with honest questions is one of the best hotels
