The hotel has a refundable deposit system as compensation for any damage caused by pets during their stay. The deposit is returned to the guest if no damage is found during the room inspection on the day of check-out.

The hotel charges an additional fee of RUB 5000.00 for up to three nights, and then RUB 1000.00 per day (subject to agreement with hotel management) for pets staying with each day of the stay. This fee also includes final cleaning upon check-out.
