The staff were always ready to help us with anything. The room was cleaned every day and you also got new towels every day. It is in the old town surrounded by nice restaurants and bars and close to the beach. It is also two minutes from taxi rank if you want to get somewhere (we went to Sao Rafael Beach which cost only 6 euros to get to) so yes, the location was great, staff were nice. The wifi was fast! Also, I forgot my jacket there and the staff was super helful sending it back to me which was amazing!
