Staff are great and helpful! Many thanks to joshua, drew and ace for assisting us with our luggage. New place to stay when in manila.

Everything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasn’t available until 2:30 pm…forcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didn’t follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have  kept quiet that the room was already available.Bad business tactic !!!

Aside from the lobby temperature being uncomfortable because there was no aircondition, the checkin process went smooth.

Close to SMmall and staff were really nice

Very comfortable and clean and a really good location, near two malls right there in walking distance and not far from BGC. Everything was clean and comfortable and on point, even the soap was good

On the 9th fl. you could here all the noises on the streets. Paid cash in advance as per their request(6 days) had to remind them to give receipt of payments. Staff are courteous and helpful. Housekeeping are always ready to cater for all our needs. Breakfast buffet sucks. Flies and very hot/warm in the lobby.

Bad business tactic

I recently stayed at Hotel101 FORT and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for travellers looking for clean, modern, and conveniently located accommodation in Bonifacio Global City (BGC).Room:The room was compact but thoughtfully designed — it had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen with a microwave, and a spacious bathroom. The air conditioning worked well, and the space was very clean upon check-in. The large windows let in a lot of natural light, which made the room feel more open and inviting.Facilities:The pool was a nice bonus — perfect for a quick dip to cool off. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi which was reliable throughout my stay.Service:The staff were friendly, accommodating, and responsive to requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Probably the most excellent part of my stay. Everyone was always willing to help!Location:Fantastic location — close to restaurants, shops, and a short ride to the heart of BGC. It’s very accessible and a good base for both business and leisure.

Location is Near the malls as well as so many different restaurants, and food chains to choose from when malls are still open ,beautiful views .and it's affordable price than nearby hotels . Walking distance to BGC and nearby supermarket. Only drawbacks is the air-condition in the lobby and elevators doesn't work properly. But the rooms are clean and the Air con works really good.

The bedding of one queen size and one twin size mattress is perfect for our family and is the main reason we've been staying there when we are in Manila for years now. The new building in BGC gives us a new option being next to different malls and restaurants. And I haven't even said anything about the affordable price! 😉👍

This is a nice midgrade, reasonably priced hotel. It isn’t close to the bar scene, if that’s what you’re looking for. The staff was very good, whenever I had a problem. I stayed for two weeks, I would stay here again. There is a nice mall nearby, with many restaurants. The view is very good. It is also reasonably close to the airport.

Great budget hotel around BGC the Fort just across SM aura mall and walking distance to market market. Friendly staff and prompt housekeeping with excellent care to guests. Only downside was only 5 ironing equipment for the whole hotel. Waiting to borrow for one until other guests finished them. But didn't wait for too long just had to returned it immediately. Overall, it's a busy crowded hotel with cool amenities such as pool and gym. A little overpriced buffet so alot cheaper to go out buy food.

Hotel Location was perfect, a walk from SM aura which we spent 3 days just shopping there, there's street vendors with amazing and cheap food, markets, strip malls with tons of food if the Mall and vendors didnt hit for anyone. You can do everything just from here. It's also close to NAIA airport. The employees at the hotel was very friendly and there's a small gym and pool for if you have spare time for relaxing/health. The food at the hotel isnt very good, I'd only recommend if you're looking for food as early as 6am and cant wait until 8-10am for the vendors/mall to open

5 Star for being located next to so many amenities

Staff are very helpful and always ready to help. I commend Arvi (Lady at the front desk morning shift) help us find a grab to the airport on March 20. The hotel does not have a service to the hotel or is affiliated to grab but this lady readily help us. She is a keeper. Not enough room amenities. The room is for 3 guests in the list but was only given 1 small soap, 2 bottles of water each day instead of 3. 2 instant coffee This makes it 4 but the staff are very nice and helpful.
