Mr. Adil went above and beyond, assisting me not only with hotel-related needs but also with personal tasks. For example, he helped me send a TCS parcel 📦 urgently to Islamabad, taking care of every detail to ensure it reached its destination smoothly. His support and dedication are truly unmatched, and he handled everything with a warm smile 😊 that made me feel completely at ease. The entire Smart Hotel team displayed remarkable professionalism and kindness 💯. They even arranged a car 🚗 and driver for my travel needs around Lahore.
