A unique property. Part hotel, part condo, apartments. Family run. Great location only 4 blocks from bus and central. Grocery and restaurants a block away. we rented a one bedroom unit. Good bed and TV with several English movie channels. GREAT value at the rate we paid. Cons: complex has acoustical issues. You hear everybody and everything everywhere. Fortunately it was minimal but could have become a problem. Especially with one of the family (workers) who though he was in a Karaoke bar while working. Although unit rented as a furnished apt...which it was, there was nothing in the kitchen except the refrigerator (large, and good) and a four burner stove top of which three worked, sort of. Nothing else was in the kitchen until we asked. Then given 2 plates, glasses, bowls, pans and two utensils, since we were a couple. Internet was a "iffy" story...half the time it worked and the other half was take your chances. Long term stays be careful of the "electricity" charge. It's unclear how they compute the charge other than it's probably to their favor. Very friendly staff, they did their best, but left with the impression that they are not sure if they are running a hotel or apartment complex. That all being said we would probably stay there again as the pricing was simple unmatched. It's a property definitely worth checking out. It may or may not work for you.
