Our stay at the Coral Grand Beach & Spa was exceptional ! Upon arrival at the hotel, I was fascinated by the warm welcoming attitude of the hotel management, who exhibited professionalism, exceptional service, attentive attitude and positive energy towards meeting our needs on a routine basis. The Front Office Manager Rushani went above and beyond our initial expectations to ensure that we not only have a comfortable stay but also to provide the necessary amenities to suit my executive and professional needs. I was enchanted by the hotel's approach to making the guest 'happy, comfortable and relaxed' and immediately understood that this is a very special hotel with a 'clearly embedded guest centred approach’ and an enthusiastic attitude to ensure that the guest is fully supplied during their stay- via an exceptional service at the Restaurant and an excellent interactive communication with the Front Office Management exhibited in each client facing segment of the Hotel ! I am specifically impressed by the quality of service on behalf of Reception managed by Rushani, hotel personnel, and Restaurant who demonstrated consistency, value added service, energy, responsiveness, understanding and flexibility. This competency, strong work ethic, positive attitude and consequent service became evident in the provision, effective functionality and collaboration of the personnel which transpired in convenience, availability of amenities and positive guest engagement approach- 5 out of 5 Stars !
