Visited Oirase gorge and we chose this hotel seeing its proximity to the area and the great reviews. The hotel has a pretty big open air carpark too. We were welcomed very warmly by the front line crew. The ambience and architecture is a marvel. Check in was very smooth with a very friendly front reception. As you enter you would notice a huge fireplace that would just make u feel so homely and comfortable. The rooms were huge and beautiful. Perfectly fixed with all the amenities. Super comfortable beds with a on suite toilet and shower. It also came with a day bed to relax. The buffet line for dinner and breakfast is another highlight. With a great selection of food for you to choose from. The star is definitely their apple pie. Being in Aomori you can never live without it. The onsen was also nice and lovely. It has an outdoor view with a great view of the gorge. It would be a perfect spot for any season. They also have a huge shop selling tons of souvenir. You can get almost any popular Aomori souvenir here at a normal price. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting this area. It was such a great retreat.
