We were welcomed by a team of friendly and helpful staff. The Japanese style breakfast was too overwhelming to digest but great experience.A big thank you to the staff who assisted us on checkout day. She was alert and fast to show us the tip of Mt Fuji when it miraculously appeared before we left as we couldn’t catch the view during the 2 days stay due to rain and cloudy condition.
