Our stay at The Greenity was exceptional from start to finish. After a full-scale update, the hotel re-opened refreshed and revitalized in November 2024. Every staff member we met was warm and genuinely welcoming. We were there for a family reunion, and the service made it truly memorable. The hotel itself is stunning - peaceful, refined, and unlike anything else in the area. Despite its elegance, the atmosphere remains approachable thanks to the courteous and attentive staff. The meals were one of the highlights for us —both dinner and breakfast were beautifully prepared and delicious. The Western cuisine, with its elegant French influence, — just a note for those expecting American-sized portions: the hotel offers a more refined, quality-over-quantity dining experience, and we absolutely loved it. Our family members who opted for the Japanese breakfast also spoke very highly of their meal. We also had the pleasure of meeting the supervisor of the Western cuisine restaurant and the hotel’s general manager. It was clear that the leadership team at The Greenity is deeply committed to excellence and leads with genuine passion for hospitality. The atmosphere of the hotel is truly one-of-a-kind. It feels almost surreal to find such a refined and tranquil retreat in Iwata. Even if you’re a local, we highly recommend staying at The Greenity for a special occasion. The spacious rooms, beautifully maintained garden, and soothing hot spring make it the perfect place to relax and celebrate.
