28 reviewsStaying at Manuel's b&b turned out to be the best decision my mom and I made on our entire trip to Italy. We were in Cassano to visit the birthplace of my grandmother. Manuela graciously wrote to us ahead of time and offered to help with family research, so I sent her as many names and dates as we had. She went above and beyond and actually found our RELATIVES and arranged a meeting with them. It was a huge surprise and an emotional, incredible day for everyone - Manuela stayed with us to help translate. She is such an impressive and kind woman, and we will forever be grateful to her. We also did the pasta-making experience with her and loved it. She is so fun and it felt like we were dining with a friend. Her place is rustic and quaint and was the perfect choice for us. Because of Manuela, our lives changed when we visited Cassano. We will be back! Thanks for everything!
