What a gem of a hotel. Location superb with a bus and tram terminus within a 5 min walk. Hotel is currently undergoing a complete renovation but this does not affect your stay. The rooms are well furnished, clean, bright and amenties provided are kettle for tea and fridge with bottled water. The tea is replaced but not the bottledxwater. Bathrooms have large shower, bidet, hairdryers and shower gel and soap. Beds very comfy with 2 pillows. Staff are excellent, welcoming and helpful. English and French were spoken. Breakfast available to book separately if required. Comments - no coffee was included only English Breakfast and Earl Grey and no milk. We didnt ask for any so im sure it would have been provided. Cups on the tea tray were cardboard cups. Would have been nice to have a real cup but I appreciate it keep costs lower. Highly recommend this hotel, would definitely stay again. 10/10 on all scores
