One of the Best Resort in Bali for family Leisure & Hosting Events , we had a superb experience hosting our Annual Event with over 200 Pax , very well spread property with beautifully Designed Rooms , 2 Big swimming pools , lot of Activities for kids & Adults R Bar with a view to Dir for, Restaurants ( clay craft ) with wide Breakfast spread with a lot of options & again beautifully crafted menu for lunch & Dinner. If anyone Travelling To Bali, this property should be on ur bucket list. I would like to particularly mention a few names as given below, whose contributions were instrumental in ensuring the success of this Convention, As the Strength of this Hotel is their Team ( Way to go ) Ari ( Super Star ) from sales for closing the Deal smoothly & going out all the way for providing us all what we wanted, Tina from Room Reservation for honouring our request for early check-ins & late check out also providing us beautiful rooms  , They were simply outstanding, Both of them were so helpful in everything, Thank you so much for being there all the time & making sure everything was smooth. General Manager Mr Raksa , Always taking Rounds of the property & checking on everything & interacting with all the guests &  making sure all is well. Front Office – Simone, Deo , Widyas, Aldi, I must have forgotten a few names here but all of you were so accommodating by taking our requests for early check in & late check out. It all went so smooth.. Executive Chef Wishnu, Chef Pujana, Chef Hermanto, Chef Dedi Mustafa , Chef Eric, Chef Putra Aditya, Chef Janu, Chef Puta Vura, Chef Ngurah & Chef Rindu , Thank you so much for working Hard on curating the amazing Menu & serving us some mouth watering Delicacy’s, The food was soulful & culinary.All the meals what we ate was Simply Superb. all the Guests are still Raving about the food. Keep it up Banquet & Event Team : Putu Sumar, Sila & Tiffany All of you are Rock stars, Thank you so much for helping us in setting up & making sure the event in the ballroom went off seamlessly..All of you were there 24/7 & helped me. Sumar ur hard work & dedication will always be appreciated, Tiffany u r one of the greatest asset of this property, i jus can’t stop Thanking you, u have stood by me during the whole event like a strong pillar & made sure all went very smooth, I must have dialled ur number more then 100 times during the event , & all the time u have answered & said Done sir ( u are my 911 ) Wahyu, Rahayu & Team form clay craft for personally making sure all the guest are eating well during Breakfast & Lunch & whtever they needed was there on their table.
